Job Title

High-Performance Pressure Control Equipment Design Specialist.

Transform the oil and gas industry with cutting-edge pressure control equipment design. As a specialist in API 6A standards, you will lead the design and development of high-quality surface pressure control equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop pressure control equipment that meets or exceeds API 6A standards.
  • Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOMs using Inventor, Vault, or similar CAD tools.
  • Validate designs through FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and other mechanical calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with API 6A, ASME, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain teams to deliver high-performance equipment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering in the oil and gas industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with API 6A product design and certification processes.
  • Proficiency in INVENTOR, VAULT, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and engineering analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, and heat treatment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
