Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

 

Job Description

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

">
  • Designing and reviewing process documentation, including flow charts, scope/boundary definitions, roles & responsibilities matrix, policies, risk & controls framework, and KPIs for data collection, processing, review & validation, aggregation, assurance, and reporting of ESG metrics.">
  • Ensuring integration of reported ESG metrics with reporting related to financial / secretarial / HR / other areas as applicable.">
  • Advising metric owners and data owners across multiple functions on processes and controls improvements in ESG processes; supporting in identifying gaps and designing adequate remediation plans.">
  • Generating controls awareness and providing trainings to metric owners, data owners, and functional teams on process and controls requirements.">
  • Developing and managing community outreach programs and partnerships to enhance social impact and reputation of AdaniConneX.">
  • Periodically assessing controls related matters and topics impacting the ESG disclosures.">
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sustainability strategy for the data center business that aligns with AdaniConneX's corporate sustainability goals.">
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and NGOs, to enhance transparency and credibility.">
  • Engaging with internal and external teams on waste, water, and energy management, including e-waste, solid waste, single-use plastic-free, and water management during construction and operational phases.">
  • Staying updated on relevant environmental and regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.">
  • Fostering a culture of sustainability and social responsibility among the data center team, ensuring employees are informed and motivated to contribute to ESG goals.">
  • Staying abreast of emerging sustainability and ESG trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrating these into the company's strategy.">

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

The ideal candidate will have:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business, or a related field.">
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in safety, preferably in a similar capacity.">
  • Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CDP, CSR, BRSR) is a plus.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.">
  • Experience with ESG metrics, reporting, and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.">
  • A proven track record of implementing sustainability initiatives and driving change within organizations.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels, with a customer-centric approach.">
  • Fluency in English language.">
