Job Title: Policy Analyst or Manager

We are seeking an experienced policy analyst or manager to join our Governance and Policy team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping state and national manifestos and policy recommendations, ensuring strategic alignment of governance reforms, and supporting their effective execution.



Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, leadership abilities, and a passion for political and governance consulting. You will be responsible for conducting deep-dive research and analysis to inform governance reforms and develop strategic, actionable policy recommendations. Additionally, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure delivery of governance initiatives aligned with strategic goals.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law, or Engineering
  • Previous experience of 2-4 years in consulting, governance research, or similar fields is highly desirable
  • A deep understanding of India's political and policy landscape, culture, and geography
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
