Senior Business Applications Administrator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to own and optimize Planhat and Salesforce Service Cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure secure access, accurate data, and optimized workflows in Planhat and Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Translate business needs into platform roadmaps that drive adoption, process efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
  • Automate and integrate systems to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and streamline stakeholder workflows.
  • Enable and train teams to confidently use tools to improve customer outcomes.
  • Monitor and maintain system health to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in SaaS systems administration or customer success operations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Planhat.
  • Proven record of engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Experience building and executing roadmaps.
  • Strong automation, workflow, and data management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent work style.
  • Strong English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Admin or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Experience integrating platforms with analytics/reporting tools.
  • Background in Customer Success or Support operations.
