Program Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning & Development: Engage in immersive training sessions covering Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, Responsible AI, data fundamentals, cloud infrastructure, and consulting best practices.
  • Project Support & Prototyping: Contribute to the design and development of AI prototypes, POCs, and accelerators, while collaborating with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
  • Innovation & Knowledge Building: Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and academic insights in Gen AI and Agentic AI, and contribute to internal knowledge assets and IP libraries.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Technical foundations: Proficiency in Python/SQL, AI/ML concepts, and cloud basics. Key attributes: Curiosity, ambition, analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and eagerness to learn.
  • Collaboration skills: Strong communication and ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
  • Ambition: Passion for AI, data, and emerging technologies, with a clear motivation to build a career in Gen AI/Agentic AI.
