Financial Operations Leader

The company seeks a seasoned financial professional to spearhead the finance operations of its organization. This key role provides extensive visibility and ownership across various financial reporting, compliance, ERP implementation, and alignment with regional leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead statutory compliance, internal audits, and financial controls in accordance with regulations and group standards.
  • Oversee the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of ERP systems.
  • Prepare and consolidate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and teams.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency across the entity.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Support cross-border finance projects, policy rollouts, and regional reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, ACCA, or CPA required.
  • 6–9 years of finance experience, with proven ability to manage reporting, compliance, and ERP projects; prior team supervision a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to manage compliance, reporting, and operational finance in a multinational context.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
