Technical Manager - Infrastructure Projects

As a Technical Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our infrastructure projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empanelment and specification inclusion of products with government organisations, project management consultants, and design architects.

  • Building relationships with government organisations, project management consultants, and design architects to drive business growth.

  • Creating project prospect bandwidth/pipeline for various infrastructure and building projects for specification empanelment of products.

  • Identifying prospective clients, mapping their requirements, and conducting technical presentations for new customer acquisitions.

  • Identifying new business opportunities in construction segments, product gaps, and new influencers for product penetration.

  • Promoting blended cement in key projects.

  • Creating opportunities for high-contribution products in key projects.

  • Providing solutions to customers by fine-tuning mix designs.

  • Conducting mix-design trials for product approval across prospective customers and projects.

  • Securing product approvals at major project sites through trials at site and third-party labs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in civil engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales and marketing.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Location: Siliguri
