Job Description: Professor/Associate ProfessorThis role will include some or all of the following responsibilities:
Curriculum DevelopmentDevelop and implement high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Indian Medical Sciences, incorporating the latest research findings and best practices in teaching and learning.
Research CollaborationFoster partnerships with national and international organizations, academia, and industry to advance research in Indian Medical Sciences and address pressing global health challenges.
Student MentoringProvide individualized guidance and support to undergraduate and postgraduate students, helping them achieve their academic and professional goals.
Institutional ServiceContribute to the academic community through service on departmental and institutional committees, and participate in outreach activities that promote public awareness of medical sciences.
QualificationsWe are looking for Ph.D. candidates with a strong research background and academic experience. Experience as per UGC and applicable Council norms will be considered. Candidates having international exposure will be preferred.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others, are required.
A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, including staying up-to-date with recent advancements in Allied research and teaching methodologies, is essential.
Minimum 10 years of experience, with 08-10 research publications in reputed journals as per UGC norms, is required.
