Project Manager

The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their core team in Mumbai.

  • This role offers the opportunity to oversee and manage the delivery of all architectural projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.
  • Leading the design team and producing detailed meeting minutes.
  • Preparing and maintaining project design programmes.
  • Communicating resource needs to account managers and associates.
  • Maintaining the project quality control system.
  • Monitoring financial performance and reporting back to account managers or responsible associates.
  • Leading contract administration and ensuring clients meet their responsibilities.
  • Managing teams, mentoring, and contributing to individual career development.
  • Inspiring and promoting company values within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline).
  • Registered Architect in India.
  • 8-12 years of architectural experience with demonstrated project leadership.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
