Transportation Captain

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transportation Captain to oversee the safety and comfort of our passengers on long-distance bus journeys. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for all on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage daily schedules.
• Ensure the bus is equipped with all necessary amenities and facilities.
• Manage passenger boarding and seating arrangements.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of passenger information and bus maintenance.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
• Ability to manage time and meet schedules effectively.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good understanding of traffic rules, safety regulations, and other relevant laws.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school, diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Excellent customer service skills.
