The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and regulatory knowledge. They will also possess a deep understanding of battery manufacturing, supply chains, and large-scale BESS projects.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years in the battery industry, 5+ in BESS roles.
