Job Opportunity: Residential Services DirectorThe Assistant/Associate Director in Residential Services oversees the welfare, discipline, and administration of resident students in the Girls Hostel.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise hostel functioning, sanction leave for wardens and staff, and ensure student health, hygiene, and general welfare.
  • Attend to matters of health, sickness, diet, sanitation, and cleanliness according to established guidelines.
  • Implement fire drills, health and safety initiatives, and respond to emergencies during out-of-office hours.
  • Manage discipline in line with the University's Disciplinary Procedures for Students and Codes of Conduct.
Required Skills:
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and flexible attitude.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Female officer from Defense Forces.
