Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
  • Develop and submit reports, schedules, and documentation in line with Federal Reserve regulations.
  • Verify reports meet internal policies, control procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and implement changes as needed.
  • Manage Systems & Data:
  • Familiarize yourself with RRD platform architecture and report logic to maintain automated reports.
  • Collaborate with technology partners for report automation, data sourcing, and process optimization.
  • Control Oversight:
  • Monitor and validate defined controls, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
  • Document and enhance policies and procedures for regulatory reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work with Market Financial Controllers, Treasury, General Counsel's Office, and subject matter experts for accurate reports.
  • Support Managers and Directors in responding to regulatory inquiries, audits, and control reviews.
  • Initiatives & Projects:
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives for regulatory reporting process transformation.
  • Lead or support projects including control remediation, data governance, and analytics-based reviews.
  • Analytical Support:
  • Provide analytical insights and reconciliations for regulatory filings.
  • Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, or risks requiring escalation or further analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, CPA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, or controllership, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of US regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., FR Y-9C, FFIEC) is preferred.
  • Experience working with financial systems and reporting platforms; familiarity with regulatory report automation tools (e.g., AxiomSL, RRD) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work across functions and levels.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with finance automation, reporting simplification, or controls strengthening initiatives.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Federal Reserve's regulatory frameworks and financial institution reporting standards.
  • Knowledge of risk and control frameworks used in finance or banking (e.g., SOX, COSO).
