">Role Summary

As a Financial Research and Analysis Expert, you will work on high-profile projects supporting clients in the financial services industry. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, initiating coverage, and maintaining models and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results
  • Guide and supervise analysts, providing coaching and training to junior team members
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in financial research and analysis for AVP level and 10+ years for VP level
  • Prior experience in KPOs/captive offshore units of international investment banks/brokerage houses preferred
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Quantitative analytical skills and ability to balance hands-on and hands-off approach
  • Superior analytical and interpersonal skills
