Job Title

A Technical Content Developer is needed to create high-quality documentation.

  • This role involves producing detailed guides, user manuals and troubleshooting articles for both technical users and non-technical audiences.

About the Role:

This is a versatile position that requires close collaboration with engineering, product and support teams to ensure our documentation is accurate, complete and helpful.

The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language suitable for varying audiences including developers, IT admins and end-users with minimal technical background.

The selected individual will also work with product and engineering teams to understand product updates and translate them into clear documentation. Additionally, they will partner with support teams to identify common issues and produce proactive self-service content.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate technical concepts into clear language

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong interviewing, research and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written English and editing abilities

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with support teams or customer success teams
  • Ability to read and understand code snippets (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
  • Experience with Docs-as-Code workflows and static site generators (MkDocs, Hugo, etc.)
