We are seeking a skilled Service Integration Developer to design, develop and maintain integrations between various systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Development
  • Build, configure and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC and other technologies.
  • Develop workflows, data transformations and automation logic.
  • Technical Leadership
  • Collaborate with architects to design integration patterns and ensure compliance with security and performance requirements.
  • Maintenance & Optimization
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations.
  • Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work closely with development teams and maintain technical documentation.
  • Best Practices
  • Ensure integration solutions follow governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with at least 2 years in integrations.
  • Strong expertise with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer and scripted REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in:
  • REST & SOAP web services
  • JavaScript (Server-side)
  • MID Server configuration and orchestration
  • Experience with authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, Mutual TLS, SAML).
  • Solid understanding of CMDB data models.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and IntegrationHub certifications.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple integration projects.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on performance.
