Cloud Engineering Position

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable cloud-native solutions.

About the Role:

The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying backend services and infrastructure components using Python.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python programming language.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.
  • Work with Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.
  • Manage and optimize relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases to ensure high performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure as code and ensure seamless deployment of applications.
  • Build and consume APIs, including GraphQL, to enable data exchange between applications.
  • Use frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Graphene, and SQLAlchemy to develop efficient and scalable applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in version control using Git.
  • Operate in Unix-based environments and write Bash scripts for automation of tasks.
  • Work on AWS cloud infrastructure and services to ensure scalability and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in backend software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab CI, Docker, and Bash.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB databases.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and libraries like Graphene.
  • Solid understanding of AWS services and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience working in agile teams and client-facing environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
