Job Title: Salesforce Vlocity/Omni Studio Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced technical lead to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Data Raptors, and cards, as well as expertise in integration procedures, lightning web components, and Apex classes.

As a tech lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality solutions using Lightning Web Components integrated with OmniStudio.

Additionally, you will provide technical leadership to development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

You will collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.

The successful candidate will also have experience with integration implementation, risk management, and secure solution delivery.

A good communication skill is necessary to guide junior and mid-level developers within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions.
  • Develop scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using LWC integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define solution architecture.
  • Implement integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and native connectors.
  • Own technical delivery timelines and coordinate with project managers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Vlocity.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Data Raptors, and cards.
  • Experience with integration procedures, lightning web components, and Apex classes.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Vlocity certified.
