**Job Description**

The L&D professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's learning strategies, leadership development programs, and skill enhancement initiatives. This role ensures continuous workforce development, aligns training with business objectives, and fosters a culture of learning and growth.

  • Strategic Learning & Development Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals
  • Drive a learning culture that promotes continuous professional and leadership development
  • Oversee the implementation of learning technologies, e-learning platforms, and innovative training methodologies

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 12+ years of L&D experience with a focus on soft skills training
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in TNA, TNI, and e-learning platforms
