Job Title: User Experience Designer

We're seeking an innovative and strategic User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products, creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces.

About This Role:
  • You will lead or contribute to the end-to-end design process, from research to prototyping, using AI-assisted tools where possible.
  • You will translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions, leveraging your expertise in human-centered design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Craft wireframes, flows, prototypes, and detailed UI mockups, utilizing AI-powered tools to accelerate initial drafts and refine the final polish.
  2. Experiment with cutting-edge vibe coding tools to rapidly generate and test variations, ensuring outputs are unique and not generic.
  3. Conduct user research and usability testing, utilizing AI-assisted analysis to speed up synthesis of insights and inform design decisions.
  4. Maintain consistency through scalable design systems, contributing reusable components that enhance product performance.
  5. Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity in implementation, driving successful product launches.
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing user experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools, such as Adobe Fresco and Figma's Vector Networks.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user research methods, and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
