As a SAP TRM Senior Consultant, you will be part of our dedicated team that delivers exceptional results to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking functional solution responsibilities considering SAP TRM / PSCD
  • Understanding business processes and applying SAP standard processes wherever possible
  • Providing support to project managers in sharing tasks, project planning, deliverable specification, and effort estimations
  • Client interaction and management during workshops, meetings, and informal contacts
  • Communicating confidently with customers, convincing/coaching them on the most appropriate solution, and agreeing on an effective way forward

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading or supporting workshops to ensure all requirements are captured and compared to planned scope of work and previously specified deliverables
  • Conducting or supporting meetings, providing regular updates to customer/project team members
  • Ensuring risks and mitigation processes within your solution are identified and documented
  • SUPPORTING AND PREPARING ALL PROJECT DELIVERABLES AND ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPLETE PROJECT LIFE CYCLE DOCUMENTATION FROM YOUR SOLUTION PERSPECTIVE
  • Periodically monitoring and supporting progress of activities within your solution scope, ensuring timely actions to avoid delays
  • SUPPORTING OR LEADING DEMO OR PROOF OF CONCEPT (POC) PREPARATIONS AND CONDUCTING BUSINESS PROCESS DEMONSTRATIONS TO OUR CLIENTS

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-8 years of experience with TRM project implementations
  • Expert-level knowledge concerning SAP TRM and PSCD
  • Excellent understanding of Tax Authority business processes and legislation
  • Exposure to multiple implementation methodologies like ASAP, Activate, Waterfall, Scrum etc.
  • Strong understanding of taxation, refunds arising out of returns, credits posting, and disbursement of refunds
