At DNA Growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to lead our US Accounting team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing digital and physical financial records.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $85,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and location.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in finance or a related field and at least 4 years of proven experience in US Accounting. You should have outstanding tax knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations, as well as excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.

In this role, you will coordinate with employees on income tax research and US Accounting planning, conduct periodic audits to guarantee financial records, expenses, and savings accuracy, and organize and file all federal, state, and local income tax documents.

You will also contribute to budgeting procedures, regularly brief management on the company's financial position, and recommend solutions to improve results. Additionally, you will develop and implement effective accounting policies and processes and ensure you remain up-to-date on industry changes and changes in regulations.
