The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with excellent design and drafting skills, proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD), and strong mathematical skills. They will also possess organizational, project management, and planning skills, with proven working experience as a quality surveyor.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making tenders, BOQs, and costings
  • Ensuring that all designs and technical specifications are translated into standard and acceptable instructions, drawings, and BOQs
  • Overseeing the integration of MEP and structural design portions
  • Choosing materials and specifying requirements for the project

You will also be responsible for adapting specifications and details according to circumstances, resolving any problems that may arise during construction, inspecting, supervising, checking, and evaluating construction works on site. Additionally, you will prepare project time schedules, cost budgets, and coordinate with structural, MEP, and other outside consultants.
