Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable microservices that power our communication platform. You will work with Golang or Java, modern cloud infrastructure, and robust data systems to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions with clean architecture.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs
  • Collaborate with frontend, product, and design teams to deliver features end-to-end
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
  • Review code, mentor peers, and uphold quality standards
  • Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues
  • Work with DevOps to ensure smooth AWS deployments

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-8 years' backend development experience with microservices architecture
  • Strong skills in Java and/or Golang (Node.js a plus)
  • Solid experience with Postgres, MongoDB, Redis
  • Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS)
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong SQL/NoSQL query skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
