Warehouse Operations Manager Job Overview

The Souled Store is a leading youth-focused lifestyle brand with a strong online presence and expanding retail space.

We sell products with themed designs, core apparel categories, and new product lines including action figures, backpacks, and collectibles.

Although primarily an online brand, we've expanded into 40 stores across India with plans for national expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage retail and last mile delivery functions.
  • Handle entire retail operation and warehouse management.
  • Ensure adherence to operational standards.
  • Coordinate between store and warehouse teams.
  • Negotiate and handle day-to-day operations with logistics providers.
  • Invoice and E-waybill management.
  • Transporter Billing & Invoice Reconciliation.
  • Store Inward, Outward analysis and root cause identification.
  • Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies.
  • Inventory movement between Stores & Warehouses.
  • MIS report preparation and circulation.
  • Lead the core warehouse operations retail team.
