Financial Operations Manager

The finance team is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Billing to oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, including generating and distributing invoices, credit notes, and statements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information, including rates, quantities, discounts, and applicable taxes.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary billing data and resolve billing-related issues.
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies or errors before issuing invoices.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, promptly addressing payment delays, and initiating collection activities when necessary.
- Coordinate with clients to address billing inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide clarification on billing details and terms.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized billing records, including proper documentation of billing adjustments, credit memos, and payment reconciliations.
- Generate regular reports on billing activities, aging analysis, and revenue collection for management review.
- Stay updated on billing regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize billing processes.
