Job Description

Sr. Signage and Wayfinding Designer

A Sr. Signage and Wayfinding Designer is responsible for creating effective navigational and wayfinding design solutions that guide people through complex environments, such as airports, hotels, hospitals, campuses, malls, and public areas. This involves helping users navigate more easily and efficiently while engaging seamlessly with the built environment, thereby enhancing their experience.

Starting with a good understanding and analysis of the built/open space, categorization of users, different destinations, user circulation, decision-making points, various sign types, and information architecture, the designer creates a graphic language consisting of typography, iconography, colors, patterns, symbols, maps, and other design elements, along with material knowledge.

Sr. (EGD) Experiential Graphics & Branded Environment Designer

An Sr. (EGD) Experiential Graphics & Branded Environment Designer is a creative professional who specializes in designing immersive and memorable physical experiences and bespoke spaces using various themes, experiential graphics, photographs, illustration, typography, 3D elements, hand-painted graphics or graffiti, art, murals, sculptures, real-time objects, and anything else that enhances the user experience by creating environments that engage the senses and evoke emotions.

The designer helps clients reflect their brand value, culture, vision, mission with playful themes or inspires, motivates, or conveys the desired message to the target audience. Branded Environment Design combines disciplines from behavioral psychology to architecture, photography, and graphic design. Starting with a good understanding and analysis of the built/open space, the designer's goal is to enhance the spaces without compromising the design language, use of colors, materials, and function of the space and target users.
