Job Overview

As a specialist in data integrity and policy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data. This involves identifying areas for optimization, designing and implementing processes to improve data quality, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with analytics, business operations, and IT functions to develop and implement data management strategies.
  • Design and build reporting and data visualizations to monitor data accuracy and identify trends.
  • Consult with downstream teams to evaluate the impact of proposed projects on data quality.
  • Manage complex issues and escalations related to data integrity and policy.
  • Develop and enforce data standards, policies, and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data management, analysis, or a related field.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SFDC and Google Suite or similar platforms.
