Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling Drivetrain components in Automotive and related industries. They will be responsible for requisitioning and supporting purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, cost, price analyses and contract/purchase order generation.

Responsibilities:
. Develop improvement plans to support buyers & professionals related to Response Time, Lean Targets Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM) to enable optimal operations.
. Perform analysis and maintenance of assigned processes that produce output excellence, build expertise for the process area, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
. Support customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection.
. Perform analytical and administrative tasks in support of purchasing strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in engineering from a Tier 1 University

Skills and Qualifications:
• Data-driven Decision Making: Knowledge of data-driven decision-making process and associated tools and techniques ability to gather and analyze data to make organizational decisions that align with strategic business objectives and goals.
• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
• Procurement: Knowledge of buying and procurement ability to work with organizational strategies and practices, and use tools for buying goods, supplies, equipment and services needed to conduct business.
