Sr. Occupational Therapist

">Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience working with children with special needs.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed assessments and develop personalized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide parent consultations and guidance on home-based intervention plans to support client progress.
  • Mentor junior therapists through feedback, coaching, and training to ensure high-quality care.
  • Actively identify new tools, techniques, and resources to enhance therapy outcomes and contribute to the growth and development of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) or equivalent degree.
  • 3+ years of experience working with children with special needs, preferably in a pediatric setting.
  • Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, sensory processing disorders, and neurodevelopmental delays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, colleagues, and management.
