Aerospace NC Programming Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Aerospace NC Programming Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and optimizing NC programs for high-quality components, adhering to industry standards.

Job Overview:

The NC Programming and Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for creating NC programs using CATIA V5 based on part geometry and programming guidelines. They will also validate NC programs through Vericut Software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Additionally, the successful candidate will develop setup sheets for machine operators to facilitate production. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role, as they will work closely with Aerospace manufacturing engineers on work packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create NC programs using CATIA V5 based on part geometry and programming guidelines.
  • Validate NC programs through Vericit Software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop setup sheets for machine operators to facilitate production.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in NC programming using CATIA or similar software.

They will also have experience in NC programming for 5 axis CNC machines, knowledge of CATIA V5 and Vericit Software, and preferably experience in machining.
