Job Title: Inventory Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to oversee the management of stock, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless material flow. This role involves tracking inventory levels, preventing shortages or excess, and collaborating closely with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate inventory records and reports on stock movement.
  2. Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiency to monitor and analyze data.
  3. Ensure timely replenishment by monitoring stock levels and controlling costs.
  4. Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Coordinate closely with the purchase, sales, and warehouse teams to achieve efficiency.
  6. Implement strategies to reduce losses and optimize resource allocation.

As an experienced Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our inventory management system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and provide expert guidance on inventory-related matters.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
