The role of Senior Manager Business Finance is a pivotal position within our organization, requiring an individual who can drive growth strategy, streamline financial operations, and shape key decisions that drive success.

This high-performing team brings together professionals from diverse backgrounds, including Big 4 consulting, FMCG giants, and top-tier investment firms. You will work closely with experienced professionals to solve complex business problems across the company's ecosystem.

As a key member of this team, your responsibilities will include translating business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans, providing relevant financial support to enable effective planning, and developing evolving views on how to manage planning ambiguities.

  • Translate business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans, supporting execution in a controlled risk and reward-based manner.
  • Provide relevant financial support to enable effective planning, applying moderate budgeting and forecasting techniques.
  • Develop evolving views on how to manage planning ambiguities, emanating from lack of perfect information, conflicting business objectives, and environmental dynamics.
  • Adapt market or industry best practices for the organization, training teams, and building organizational capability across all knowledge areas.
  • Reference external benchmarks to provide context for business performance, reviewing and analyzing allocated resources and recommending alternative solutions.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate expert knowledge of financial models using simulation tools, business case development, financial analysis, scenario planning, and intrinsically hard problems amidst significant ambiguity.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 yrs of Business Finance experience, Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance.
  • Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of leading a team.
  • Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders.
