Job Summary

A Data Scientist analyzes customer satisfaction and operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Determine areas of focus and conduct analyses to understand the drivers of performance gaps.
  • Coordinate with statisticians to develop key driver analysis and statistical linkages between customer satisfaction and operational metrics.
  • Support relationship-building with peers in Operations to understand current processes and identify possible gaps contributing to lower key metric results.

Action Planning and Implementation:

  • Facilitate root cause analysis to determine underlying drivers behind performance gaps.
  • Facilitate action planning sessions with Call Center Operations or other stakeholders to develop recommendations for operational changes.
  • Implement action plans in collaboration with Call Center Operational units.

Candidate Profile:

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of overall analytical thinking and aptitude. Strong communication, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a diverse environment are essential.
