Chief Jewelry Artist

We are seeking an accomplished Jewelry Designer to spearhead our design team. As a luxury fine jewelry brand renowned for its timeless elegance, master craftsmanship, and unique designs, we require a talented individual with a deep understanding of fine materials and exceptional design skills.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, the ability to create both custom and collection-based pieces, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design exquisite jewelry collections, including rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and custom pieces that showcase creativity and attention to detail.
• Conceptualize and sketch designs by hand, leveraging expertise in gemstones, metals, and fine jewelry craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure the feasibility and high-quality standards of designs.
• Source and select materials in line with the design vision, staying updated on current jewelry trends, materials, and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision for custom jewelry and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the production process to maintain quality standards and ensure designs meet high craftsmanship standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing fine jewelry designs that demonstrate creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and fine jewelry craftsmanship is essential.
• Excellent creativity, an eye for detail, and strong communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
• Ability to work in a team environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in custom jewelry design is highly desirable but not required.
