Document Reviewer

We are seeking an experienced Document Reviewer to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all incoming and outgoing documents meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and internal processes. This includes document review, quality control, compliance assurance, account setup, documentation review, system management, account maintenance, purchase transaction processing, redemption transaction processing, and issue escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Documents
    • Verify documents (contracts, agreements, reports) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant CLIENT standards and legal requirements.
    • Assess documents for completeness, consistency, clarity, and correctness, identifying discrepancies, errors, and missing information.
    • Verify documents adhere to procedural and regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Escalate Issues
    • Educate candidates on procedures and expectations, and assist them throughout the hiring process.
    • Escalate any non-compliance issues to CLIENT.
  • Account Management
    • Maintain customer data accurately in account management systems, ensuring up-to-date information is secure.
    • Perform regular updates and changes to customer accounts, including personal information, contact details, account preferences, and service selections.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in account data, ensuring accurate entry in account management systems and alignment with internal records.
  • Compliance Assurance
    • Ensure account maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements such as KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience
    • 1-4 years of experience in document review, quality control, or related fields.
  • Qualifications
    • Any graduate degree preferred.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
