Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished IT Audit Professional to spearhead our audit initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT audit management, risk-based audit frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver multiple IT audit assignments, including application and infrastructure audits, security assessments, vendor audits, and thematic assignments.
  • Develop and maintain the risk-based audit framework, ensuring compliance with RBI regulations and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Manage outsourced audit partners to reduce audit costs, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality work products.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance and improvement programs, facilitating internal and external quality assessments.
  • Provide advisory support to IT projects on internal controls and risk management.

Requirements

  • A degree holder with 5-12 years of experience in IT auditing, preferably in BFSI.
  • CISA certification is mandatory; CISM/CRISC/CISSP certifications are desirable.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of key RBI circulars.
  • Strong project and relationship management skills, with experience handling teams.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and data handling skills.
  • High energy, passion, and self-starter attitude, with excellent presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
  • Willingsness to travel as needed.
