Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our machine learning initiatives. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced analytics models and algorithms with Databricks to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement predictive analytics solutions using machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Lead the development process, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring, ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms and MLOps tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet key performance indicators.
  • Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability in a production environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, applying them to improve existing systems and drive innovation.
  • Contribute to the development of machine learning infrastructure, including data pipelines, model serving frameworks, and monitoring tools.

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience working with cloud platforms and MLOps tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with popular machine learning libraries.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with MLOps tools and workflow management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
