Cancer Specialist Physician
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physician to join our team as a Cancer Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with cancer through surgical procedures.
Responsibilities:Perform surgical procedures to remove cancerous tumors and surrounding tissue, applying advanced medical techniques and equipment to achieve optimal outcomes.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, utilizing evidence-based practice guidelines and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in cancer treatment.
Educate patients and their families on the diagnosis, treatment options, and potential side effects, providing clear and compassionate explanations to facilitate informed decision-making.
Stay current with continuing education requirements and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
A medical degree from an accredited Indian institution and board certification in Surgical Oncology are required.
A valid medical license to practice in any Indian state is also mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment, are essential.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and quality outcomes.
Experience with minimal invasive procedures and laparoscopic surgery would be beneficial.
Familiarity with breast cancer treatment and oncology practices is preferred.
Knowledge of cancer treatment planning and surgical oncology principles is necessary.
