Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in multiple design software platforms
  • Experience in luxury estates, multi-family residential buildings, hospitality, and/or higher educational facilities
  • Excellent presentation skills with a focus on client satisfaction through regular updates and incorporating client input following the project plan
  • Concept development, schematic design development, planning, architectural working drawings, and documentation
  • Vendor and consultant management for timely material updates and accurate documentation
  • Team leadership, collaboration, and effective communication with stakeholders
