We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) professional to join our team in Nagpur. This exciting opportunity involves owning day-to-day operations and ensuring the reliability of the VCF stack, with a focus on vSphere, vSAN, vRealize Operations (vROps / VMware Aria Operations), and NSX.

You will work closely with customer IT teams to maintain platform health, implement changes, and proactively optimize capacity and performance. Key responsibilities include:

Job Description
  • Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents; drive problem management and root cause analysis.
  • Perform routine health checks and remediation across vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and vROps.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4–7 years total experience in VMware virtualization & software-defined data center operations.
  • 2+ years hands-on with vSphere & vSAN; 1–2 years with NSXT day-to-day operations.
  • Prior experience operating vROps/Aria Operations in production.
  • Certifications (preferred): VCP-DCV (required or in progress), VCP-NV (plus), VCAP (plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical experience.
