**Job Summary**

The Clinical Application Specialist will play a crucial role in driving and executing the clinical application and operation training for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality application training and support to customers for high-end medical imaging systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry, specifically as a radiographer or radiologist, with a strong understanding of DSA products, technology, and operation knowledge. They will also possess excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, as well as a strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business travel.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers
  • Provide expert-level application training and support to customers, ensuring timely completion of clinical application training
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships, addressing their clinical problems and improving customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve company sales targets and business growth by providing pre-sales/after-sales product/application demonstration support

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or above in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience as a radiographer or radiologist in the healthcare industry or 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in one specific modality field, familiar with DSA products, technology, and operation knowledge
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with good customer service awareness
  • Strong teamwork ability, with a commitment to providing excellent customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to frequent business travel
