Job Description

This role involves working with a leading health services and innovation company to enhance workforce capacity planning and management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of WFM fundamentals and be able to prepare templates from scratch. Key responsibilities include:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in WFM and 2 years in Capacity Planning.
  • Solid understanding of WFM fundamentals.
  • Ability to prepare templates from scratch in capacity planning.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in workforce management and capacity planning.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing capacity planning strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Location

The role is based in Gurgaon/Noida, India, with opportunities for remote work and flexible scheduling.
