As a Wealth Strategist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional banking, business, and insurance solutions to our High Net Worth (HNW) clients.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to:

• Analyze and understand the complex financial needs of HNW clients across their personal and business banking/financial requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent relationship management skills to acquire, grow, and deepen client relationships.
• Provide expert advice on investment and business opportunities to meet clients' objectives.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client accounts.
• Promote cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue growth.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieve set targets for product mix and customer wallet share.
• Maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
• Manage and minimize portfolio risk through effective asset allocation.
