Flutter Developer Position

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mobile app development and a passion for crafting high-quality, user-centric experiences.

We seek an experienced Flutter developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of scalable, maintainable, and visually appealing mobile applications.

This is an exciting opportunity to work independently or collaboratively with a small team to develop and deploy cross-platform apps for Android and iOS.

The successful candidate will be able to design, develop, test, and deploy Flutter applications, as well as translate UI/UX designs into responsive and maintainable Flutter UI.

Key responsibilities include integrating REST APIs and third-party libraries, ensuring smooth functionality and performance, and taking ownership of the full mobile app lifecycle – from planning to deployment and maintenance.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and fixing bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues, collaborating effectively with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders, and staying up-to-date with Flutter best practices, tools, and mobile app development trends.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years with Flutter.
  • Proven delivery of at least two Flutter apps to production on both Android and iOS.
  • Strong skills in Dart, Flutter, and state management libraries (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
  • Ability to work independently and drive features from concept to deployment.
  • Solid experience integrating REST APIs, managing local storage, and handling app state.
  • Good understanding of mobile architecture, debugging, and optimization.
  • Proficient in using Git for source control, branching, merging, and pull requests.
Bonus Requirements
  • Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of automated testing in Flutter.
  • Understanding of app store submission guidelines and deployment processes.
