Position Overview:

Lead and optimize performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels in this senior role. Develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns with a focus on user acquisition and ROI maximization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing is required, with an understanding of sales cycles and customer retention strategies.
  • Develop performance marketing strategies across digital channels for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage paid campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Optimize campaign performance by analyzing data and making adjustments to bids, targeting, and messaging.
  • Monitor performance reports and adjust campaigns to meet goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages and ad creatives.
  • Build and manage the marketing budget, tracking spend against performance goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and segmentation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Proven ability to handle significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search and other channels.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory.
