Senior Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced content developer to join our team. As a senior content developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective educational content that meets the needs of our students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching, curriculum design, and instructional design, with experience in developing content for competitive exams such as JEE Main & Advanced and NEET. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop research-backed educational content strategies
  • Integrate storytelling, real-world examples, and analogies into learning content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape learning content
  • Evaluate and improve existing content to ensure it meets high standards

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/B.E./D from a reputed institution
  • 3-9 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, instructional design, or education research (Grade 9 & 10 – NCERT and ICSE only)
  • Relevant experience in CBSE 10th board curriculum
  • Candidates with an English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels preferred
  • Familiarity with storytelling, interactive content, and digital tools for education
  • Understanding of AI tools and platforms with ability to use them for improving productivity and creativity
