Job Summary

We are looking for a Freelancer with expertise in content creation and a solid background in corporate projects. The ideal candidate will work remotely, bringing professional experience, corporate understanding, and efficient project delivery to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with corporate clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  2. Leverage corporate work experience to align project outcomes with business goals, ensuring compliance with branding, industry standards, and corporate guidelines.
  3. Produce high-quality work within deadlines, maintaining a professional approach to problem-solving and project management.
  4. Specific tasks related to the role include creating content, designing graphics, developing website content, social media profile management, posts on social media, and other tasks related.
  5. Provide ongoing updates and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine the final deliverables.
  6. Design marketing collateral, social media graphics, and email campaigns in line with the company's brand identity.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to align content with corporate goals and marketing strategies.
  8. Write and edit content related to the company's efforts, including sustainability reports, corporate partnerships, and community engagement programs.
  9. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and client expectations.
  10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills

  1. Proven experience in freelance writing with a track record of working on corporate or large-scale projects.
  2. A portfolio that demonstrates relevant corporate work, showcasing attention to detail and adherence to professional standards.
  3. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interaction.
  5. Technical skills required: proficiency in design software, content management systems, etc.
  6. Ability to work independently and provide creative solutions.
  7. Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  8. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Proficiency in social media management and digital communications.
  10. Familiarity with SEO and social media best practices.

Preferred Experience

  1. Prior experience working with corporate clients or within corporate environments, understanding business goals, and delivering to professional standards.
  2. Familiarity with corporate communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc)
  3. Experience managing remote corporate projects with minimal supervision.
  4. Understanding of stakeholder engagement and corporate communications.
  5. Ability to create visually engaging annual reports and presentations.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
