#### Job Summary
As an Associate in our Enterprise Reporting and Business Intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in developing intuitive and interactive dashboards to empower GLG stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. Your efforts will contribute to the continuous enhancement and optimization of data assets at GLG.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with GLG stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective LookML models, dashboards, and reports.
* Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our centralized data warehouse.
* Optimize and maintain existing Looker dashboards, data models, and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Looker dashboards, reports, and underlying databases in a timely manner.
* Work closely with data engineers to integrate new data sources, improve data quality, and optimize data infrastructure.
* Create and maintain documentation of dashboards, metrics, and methodologies.
* Facilitate the adoption of Looker by delivering training and assistance to business end-users.
#### Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or relevant work experience.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with relational databases and proficient in SQL.
* Working knowledge of one or more Enterprise Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, QlikView, Power BI)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical concepts.
* Strong documentation skills with an ability to identify, define, and document business requirements functionality and systems.
* Experience in version control tools like GitHub preferred.
