As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing software solutions for our organization.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, developing, and testing software programs to meet business requirements;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project needs;
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers;
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to the development of best practices;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our software engineering capabilities;

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:

Requirements for Success:

Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline;
Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java SE and Multi-Threaded programming;
  • Proven expertise in exposing web services using JAX-WS/REST and Spring/Hibernate frameworks;
  • Strong understanding of SQL and database management principles;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
